Leisure time, recreation and holiday houses with 1,4 kilometres of waterfront

Along the lake Maren, located in the western part of the estate, 120 buildings sites for exclusive summerhouses are planned. These sites are arranged down a small slope meandering to the lake with 1,4 kilometres of waterfront. The location provides sunny, wonderful views yet provides a sheltered enclave from the seaside winds.

Tourist Activities

Set within the midst of a historic old apple orchard, located in the south western part of the district, will be a tourist complex which includes a hotel, health resort with spa and a village of self contained cottages.
